Live usage times, light-mode palette, more apps

Fixed The Usage tab's "X ago" times now update on their own instead of staying frozen until you relaunch Haunts.

Improved The palette now reads clearly in Light mode (its colours were previously tuned for Dark).

Improved The About tab now links to my other Mac apps — Flowcus and LPX Explorer.

New New Usage tab in Settings — see how many times you've jumped since you installed Haunts, your daily average, and your top 10 haunts.

Improved Haunts now learns from the folders you explicitly open, so the places you actually pick rank higher next time.

The first build of Haunts you can actually run. A focused, keyboard-first navigator that learns where you work and gets you there. Pre-1.0, so rough edges are expected and feedback is very welcome.

New Global hotkey (⌥Space by default) summons a palette at the top of your screen. Menu-bar only, no Dock icon, no window until you call it.

New Warm on first launch: the palette opens pre-ranked from existing macOS signals, so your real projects are already near the top before you type a letter.

New Frecency ranking (frequency × recency) with project-aware roll-up to the nearest git root, and down-weighting of transient folders like Downloads.

New Open three ways from one list: ↩ in Finder, ⌘↩ in your editor, ⌃↩ in a terminal.

New Configurable: rebind the hotkey, choose scan roots, pick your editor and terminal, and switch between Balanced and Frequent (z-style) ranking.

New Light and dark, following your system appearance.

New Private by design. Everything stays on your Mac. Auto-updates via Sparkle.
